About Me.
Welcome to my website! I'm Serena, a passionate personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness and health goals. With a BSc in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Vienna, and certifications in Level 2 Gym Instruction and Level 3 Personal Training from OriGym, and currently completing a Pilates Instructor course with UCD, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to my practice.

My Journey

From a young age, I've always been fascinated by sports and healthy eating. During school, I often cooked nutritious meals for my family and friends, hoping to share my love for a healthy lifestyle. This passion grew stronger during my university years, and while volunteering as a public health assistant in Fiji, I realised not everyone possesses the knowledge and passion that I do. This experience inspired me to share my expertise with others.
My personal journey hasn't been without its challenges. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I gained significant fat mass and struggled to lose it. A big dip in my progress then also occurred during an exchange semester in Australia. However, I persevered and bounced back, and now I'm the fittest I've ever been in my life. I even jog 10k+ regularly, something I never thought possible for myself.

My philosophy is to tailor my services to meet each individual's needs through initial consultations, which helps me understand my clients better. I strive to build relationships that go beyond business boundaries, truly getting to know each person I work with.
Personal Touch

Aside from my professional life, I'm an avid sports enthusiast, having played all kinds of sports growing up and consistently weight lifting. Currently, I am striving to complete a marathon by next year.
